Ilá Coimbra

Ilá has been an English teacher since 2001 and a teacher trainer since 2011. Ilá is based in Munich, Germany, holds DELTA Modules 1 & 2, CELTA and CPE certificates. She is also one of the founding members of BRAZ-TESOL Voices SIG, a special
interest group that focuses on equality in ELT.

James M. Taylor

James Taylor, based in Brasília, Brazil, is an EFL teacher, teacher trainer, materials writer and project manager for Active English. He produces the ELTON nominated TEFL Commute podcast & co-founded the Raise Up! project, encouraging diversity in ELT materials. He’s the Second Vice-President of BRAZ-TESOL, a committee member of BRAZ-TESOL Brasília & IATEFL TDSIG and has written coursebooks for FTD Educaçao and TransFor.Me.

Elaine Hodgson

Elaine Hodgson has over 30 years’ experience in ELT in different educational settings, both in the public and private sectors. She holds an MA in Applied Linguistics and a PhD in Linguistics. Elaine is a Development Editor at Macmillan Education in London and a volunteer blog organiser for EVE (Equal Voices in ELT).
Taíza Lombardi

Taíza Lombardi is a teacher and teacher trainer in Curitiba, PR. She was a partner and Academic Director at Tea Time English School for people over 50 years of age and worked exclusively with this demographic for 8 years. She is an ECPE and CELTA holder and she has a post-graduation
degree in English Language Teaching and Translation from PUC-PR. She has been teaching for 18 years and, for the past 4 years, she has been delivering sessions and courses on teaching older learners.
